Massachusetts Turnpike defeases 1997B, 1999A highway system bonds

Milwaukee, April 14 - The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority said it defeased its 1997 series B and 1999 series A subordinated metropolitan highway system revenue bonds.

The 1997B bonds had maturity dates in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2017, 2023, 2029 and 2037. The 1999A bonds had maturity dates in 2011, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2029, 2034 and 2039.

The Bank of New York Mellon was the trustee.
