Sensata to redeem all its 11¼% notes at 105.625, some 8% notes at 104

Chicago, April 1 - Sensata Technologies BV said it plans to redeem all of its outstanding 11¼% senior subordinated notes due 2014 and $138.55 million principal amount of its outstanding 8% senior notes due 2014.

The company will pay €1,056.25 per €1,000 principal amount for the 11¼% notes and $1,040 per $1,000 principal amount for the 8% notes.

The redemption date is May 1.

Holders also will receive accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The 8% notes will be redeemed on a pro rata basis.

Sensata is a designer and manufacturer of sensors and controls. It is based in Almelo, the Netherlands, and has U.S. headquarters in Attleboro, Mass.
