Wisconsin to redeem 1993C, 1993D Sisters of Sorrowful Mother bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 11 - The Wisconsin Health & Educational Facilities Authority announced that it will redeem in full all $23.76 million of its series 1993C Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother Ministry Corp. bonds and all $29.24 million of its series 1993D Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother Ministry Corp. bonds at par plus interest to April 9, the redemption date.
The affected bonds include $1.3 million of 5.4% notes due Aug. 15, 2013, $7.43 million of 5.5% notes due Aug. 15, 2019, $15.04 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023, $3.75 million of 5.4% notes due Aug. 15, 2013 and $25.49 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2019.
The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee.
