Argentina's Telecom Personal buys back $3 million of series 3 notes

Pittsburgh, Feb. 23 - Telecom Personal SA bought back and cancelled $3 million of its series 3 fixed-rate notes due 2010, according to a company news release.

Following the cancellation, there are $174.55 million of the series 3 notes outstanding.

Buenos Aires-based Telecom Personal is a wireless services business wholly owned by Telecom Argentina.
