Nutreco will buy back €54.5 million cumulative preference A shares

San Diego, Dec. 21 - Nutreco Holdings NV will buy back 4.99 million cumulative preference A shares for a total amount of €54.5 million, according to a press release.

The shares represent approximately 12% of the company's issued share capital.

The buyback, which will occur Dec. 31, does not influence the total of outstanding ordinary shares.

Nutreco is an Amersfoort, Netherlands-based animal and fish feed company.
