Hexagon to seek OK for redemption of all floaters at Dec. 22 meeting

New York, Dec. 14 - Hexagon Composites ASA said that it received notice of a Dec. 22 bondholders' meeting from trustee Norsk Tillitsmann ASA to propose the early redemption of all of its floating-rate notes due 2011.

The company is looking to redeem the notes at 100.6 plus accrued interest. Final settlement is slated for Dec. 27.

Hexagon is seeking consent from holders of two-thirds of the notes at the meeting in Norway.
