OK Play buys back $9.76 million of 0% convertible bonds due 2012

Madison, Wis., Dec. 14 - OK Play India Ltd. said that it repurchased $9.76 million of its $10 million 0% convertible bonds due July 2012 on Dec. 13.

The bonds were repurchased at a price of $7,600 for each $10,000 principal amount of bonds.

Following the buyback, $240,000 of the bonds remains outstanding.

OK Play is a New Delhi-based manufacturer and seller of plastic molded products in India.
