PVNGS Funding calls $17.06 million 8% secured lease bonds due 2015

Cleveland, Dec. 13 - PVNGS Funding Corp. Inc. announced that it will redeem $17,057,000 of its 8% series 1993 secured lease obligation bonds due June 30, 2015.

The bonds will be redeemed on Dec. 30 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
