University of Cincinnati defeases, to redeem some series 2001 bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 8 - The University of Cincinnati said it defeased and will redeem $27.95 million of its $59.67 million of outstanding series 2001 general receipts bonds due June 1, 2031.

The refunded bonds will be redeemed on June 1 at 101.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
