Scientific Games calls its 6¼% senior subordinated notes due 2012

Cleveland, Nov. 23 - Scientific Games Corp. announced that it will redeem its outstanding $79.458 million of 6¼% senior subordinated notes due 2012.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 28 at par, plus accrued interest to, but not including, the redemption date.

The redemption will be funded with proceeds from the company's recently issued 8 1/8% senior subordinated notes due 2018.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the redemption agent.

Scientific Games is a New York-based provider of lottery systems and services.
