D.R. Horton buys back $69.4 million notes during fourth quarter

Cleveland, Nov. 12 - D.R. Horton, Inc. said it repurchased $69.4 million of its outstanding senior notes during the fourth quarter ended Sept. 30.

In comparison, $345.2 million of its notes were repurchased during the third quarter ended June 30.

Fiscal year-to-date debt homebuilding repurchases and redemptions total $1 billion, according to the company's earnings release for the fourth quarter.

D.R. Horton is a Fort Worth-based homebuilder.
