Pohjola Bank calls €70 million lower tier II instruments due 2015

Cleveland, Oct. 28 - Pohjola Bank plc announced that it will redeem its €70 million callable lower tier II instruments due 2015.

The instruments will be redeemed on Nov. 30 at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the redemption agent.

Pohjola Bank, previously OKO Osuuspankkien Keskuspankki Oyj, is a full-service financial group in Finland.
