Tennessee Valley Authority calls $247 million of electronotes

New York, Aug. 27 - Tennessee Valley Authority announced the redemption of 18 issues of securities from its electronotes series with a total principal amount of approximately $247 million.

The following notes will be redeemed at par:

• $21,012,000 of 4.6% electronotes due Oct. 15, 2014;

• $26,072,000 of 4.8% electronotes due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $13.54 million of 4.375% electronotes due Jan. 15, 2013;

• $8,269,000 of 4.55% electronotes due Feb. 15, 2016;

• $22,196,000 of 4% electronotes due March 15, 2013;

• $12,345,000 of 4.25% electronotes due March 15, 2013;

• $19,701,000 of 4.6% electronotes due April 15, 2015;

• $23,226,000 of 4.75% electronotes due May 15, 2018;

• $3,128,000 of 3.875% electronotes due June 15, 2016;

• $11.3 million of 3.5% electronotes due June 15, 2013;

• $33,398,000 of 4.7% electronotes due June 15, 2018;

• $16,952,000 of 4.35% electronotes due July 15, 2013;

• $11,651,000 of 4.5% electronotes due Oct. 15, 2013;

• $7,923,000 of 4.7% electronotes due Dec. 15, 2013;

• $3,158,000 of 4.5% electronotes due Feb. 15, 2016;

• $6,267,000 of 4.5% electronotes due July 15, 2015;

• $4,195,000 of 5% electronotes due Nov. 15, 2017; and

• $2,908,000 of 3.5% electronotes due April 15, 2013.
