Sensata buys back €10 million of its senior notes for $5.2 million

Knoxville, Tenn., July 29 - Sensata Technologies BV said it repurchased €10 million of its senior subordinated notes for $5.2 million.

The notes were bought back in a private transaction on May 25.

Sensata is a designer and manufacturer of sensors and controls. It is based in Almelo, the Netherlands, and has U.S. headquarters in Attleboro, Mass.
