Adventist Health System Sunbelt of Florida calls $324.2 million bonds

Tacoma, Wash., July 8 - Adventist Health System Sunbelt Healthcare Corp. of Florida will redeem in full 11 series of bonds on July 20, according to a company notice filed with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's EMMA web site.

The bonds to be redeemed are:

• The $690,000 of series 1996A variable-rate demand revenue anticipation certificates due Nov. 15, 2026 issued through the Hospital Authority of Gordon County;

• The $1.07 million of series 1997A variable-rate demand revenue anticipation certificates due Nov. 15, 2027 issued through the Hospital Authority of Gordon County;

• The $54.99 million of series 1996A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2026 issued through the Highlands County Health Facilities Authority;

• The $46.335 million of series 1997A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2027 issued through the Highlands County Health Facilities Authority;

• The $1.2 million of series 1997A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2027 issued through the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority;

• The $3.725 million of series 1996A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2026 issued through the Health and Educational Facilities Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County;

• The $1.8 million of series 1997A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2027 issued through the Health and Educational Facilities Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County;

• The $8.845 million of series 1996A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2026 issued through Tarrant County Health Facilities Development Corp.;

• The $5.555 million of series 1997A variable-rate demand revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2027 issued through Tarrant County Health Facilities Development Corp.;

• The $75 million of series 2003A hospital revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2032 issued for the Adventist Health System/Sunbelt obligated group through the Highlands County Health Facilities Authority; and

• The $125 million of series 2008B hospital revenue bonds due Nov. 15, 2038 issued for the Adventist Health System/Sunbelt obligated group through the Highlands County Health Facilities Authority.
