San Diego Public Facilities Financing Authority to redeem some sewer revenue bonds

New York, May 6 - The Public Facilities Financing Authority of the City of San Diego announced the notice of redemption for several series of its sewer revenue bonds.

Affected bonds include the series 1995 bonds maturing on May 15, 2010 through 2015, 2020 and 2025; series 1997A bonds maturing on May 15, 2010, 2011, 2022 and 2027; series 1997B bonds maturing on May 15, 2010, 2011, 2022 and 2027; series 1999A bonds maturing on May 15, 2010 through 2019 and 2029; and the series 1999B bonds due May 15, 2010 through 2019 and 2029.

The redemption date is June 9.

The notice of redemption is conditioned on financing.

The series 1995, 1997A and 1997B bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest while the series 1999A and 1999B bonds will be called at 101 plus accrued interest.

Holders may surrender their notes to the Bank of New York Mellon.
