Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers to consider buying back foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., April 22 - Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider repurchasing its foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on April 28.

New Delhi-based Kalindee Rail is a railroad track manufacturer.
