Mercury to redeem 2% convertibles due 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., March 31 - Mercury Computer Systems Inc. said it will redeem the remaining $5.31 million of its 2% convertible senior notes due 2024 on May 1.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest. They may be converted until April 30.

U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services is the trustee.

Mercury Computer is a Chelmsford, Mass.-based maker of computer products for real-time digital signal and image processing.
