Amdocs holders put 94.5% of the company's 0.5% convertibles

Chicago, March 16 - Amdocs Ltd. said investors put $330.78 million principal amount of the company's 0.5% convertible senior notes due 2024.

There is $1.02 million principal amount of the notes outstanding.

Amdocs said it paid par plus accrued interest in cash on March 16.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent.

On Dec. 8, the company said it repurchased $100 million of the convertibles at 98 plus interest during the first quarter of fiscal 2009.

As of Nov. 30, Amdocs had $350 million of the convertibles outstanding.

Amdocs is a St. Louis customer relationship management software company.
