Coeur d'Alene to issue shares for $18.32 million of two series of convertibles

Chicago, March 13 - Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp. agreed to exchange $12,026,000 principal amount of its 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2024 and $6,291,000 of its 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2028 for 15,361,918 common shares, according to a 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The privately negotiated agreements are dated March 9, March 12 and March 13.

The company expects to issue all the shares between March 10 and March 19.

Coeur d'Alene is a Coeur d'Alene, Idaho-based silver and gold producer with mining interests in Alaska, Nevada, Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Chile and Tanzania.
