India's Uflex to repurchase $68.6 million convertible bonds

Chicago, Feb. 27 -Uflex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to buy back $68.6 million of its foreign-currency convertible bonds.

The company issued $85 million of the bonds, and $68.6 million of the bonds is now outstanding.

New Delhi-based Uflex manufactures, imports and sells primarily polyster biaxially oriented polypropylene, moralized and cast polypropylene films, as well as holographic/metalized gift wraps, laminated pouches and flexible laminates.
