D.R. Horton buys back $72 million notes for $72.4 million in quarter

Chicago, Nov. 20 - D.R. Horton, Inc. said it repurchased $72 million principal amount of its outstanding notes for $72.4 million plus accrued interest in the fourth quarter.

For the fiscal year, the company repurchased a total of $380.3 million principal amount of its outstanding notes for a total purchase price of $368 million plus accrued interest.

D.R. Horton is a Fort Worth-based homebuilder.
