AMD to redeem all outstanding 7¾% senior notes due 2012 on Dec. 18

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 18 - Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. said it will redeem all of its 7¾% senior notes due 2012 on Dec. 18.

The note trustee is Wells Fargo Bank, NA (Corporate Trust Services, 707 Wilshire Boulevard, 17th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017).

AMD is a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based maker of computer processor chips.
