IMAX to redeem remaining $29.4 million 9 5/8% notes by end of year

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 5 - IMAX Corp. plans to redeem the remaining $29.4 million of its 9 5/8% senior notes due Dec. 1, 2010 by the end of the year, according to a company news release.

As previously reported, the company redeemed $55.6 million of the notes following equity offerings in June and August and will redeem $75 million of them on Dec. 1.

IMAX is a Toronto-based motion picture technology company and theater operator.
