Carnival holders put back $408.57 million convertible debentures

New York, Oct. 30 - Carnival Corp. & plc announced that holders of $408.57 million principal amount at maturity of its senior convertible debentures due 2033 put back their securities on Friday.

The company repurchased the convertibles at a price of $664.01 per $1,000 principal amount at maturity plus accrued interest.

There is now $13,383,000 of the convertibles outstanding.

Carnival is a cruise operator based in Miami.
