Sanmina-SCI plans to redeem all senior floating-rate notes due 2010

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 16 - Sanmina-SCI Corp. said it is calling all $175.7 million of its outstanding senior floating-rate notes due 2010 for redemption on Nov. 16.

Upon redemption, holders will receive the principal amount plus interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the paying agent (800 934-6802).

Sanmina-SCI is a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of integrated electronics manufacturing services.
