Jubilant Organosys plans to repurchase foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 - Jubilant Organosys Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors has resolved to explore opportunities for buying back its foreign currency convertible bonds.

Jubilant Organosys is a Noida, India, integrated pharmaceutical company.
