Eurotunnel redeems NRS I convertibles

Chicago, July 28 - Groupe Eurotunnel SA said the NRS I tranche 1, denominated in euros and in pounds, will be redeemed in Eurotunnel shares.

The company said it would issue up to 25,435,720 Groupe Eurotunnel shares.

Eurotunnel, based in Paris, manages and operates the Channel Tunnel between the United Kingdom and France.
