KB Home calls all $300 million outstanding 7¾% notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 12 - KB Home said it is redeeming all $300 million of its outstanding 7¾% senior subordinated notes due 2010 on July 14.

The notes will be redeemed at a price equal to $1,019.38 per $1,000 in principal, plus interest.

U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services is the paying agent (800 934-6802).

KB Home is a Los Angeles-based builder of single-family homes.
