Entercom buys back $30.9 million of 7 5/8% notes due 2014

Des Moines, April 24 - Entercom Communications Corp. said it bought back $30.9 million principal amount of its 7 5/8% senior subordinated notes due 2014 during the first quarter of 2008.

The company paid a total of $28.7 million for the bonds.

As of March 31, the company had $119.1 million principal amount of senior subordinated notes due 2014 still outstanding.

Entercom is a radio broadcasting company based in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
