AudioCodes buys back $51.5 million 2% convertibles in October

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 3 - AudioCodes Ltd. said it repurchased roughly $51.5 million of its $125 million 2% senior convertible notes due 2024 in October.

The total cost, including accrued interest, was $50.2 million, according to a company news release.

On Oct. 22, the company reported that it had repurchased $50 million of the convertibles in a privately negotiated transaction for about $48.8 million in cash.

AudioCodes is a Lod, Israel-based maker of products for voice, data and voice-over-internet-protocol networks.
