AudioCodes buys back $50 million of 2% convertibles due 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 22 - AudioCodes Ltd. said it repurchased $50 million of its 2% senior convertible notes due 2024 in a privately negotiated transaction for approximately $48.8 million in cash.

This payment includes interest.

In November 2004, AudioCodes issued $125 million of the convertibles. As a result of this repurchase, approximately $75 million in convertibles remain outstanding.

AudioCodes is an Airport City, Israel-based voice infrastructure company.
