Isle of Capri Casinos to redeem 9% notes

Chicago, May 31 - Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. said it would refinance both its existing senior secured credit facility and its outstanding 9% senior subordinated notes due 2012.

The company will pay for the refinancing, to be completed in the next several weeks, with the proceeds of a new senior secured credit facility.

Isle of Capri, based in Biloxi, Miss., develops, owns and operates casinos.
