AMC Entertainment calls floating-rate 2010 notes, 9 7/8% notes due 2012

Rochester, N.H., Feb. 21 - AMC Entertainment Inc. announced it will redeem all its $205 million of senior floating-rate notes due 2010 and $175 million 9 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2012.

The redemption date is March 23.

For the floaters, AMC will pay 103 of the outstanding principal plus accrued interest of about $9.61 for each $1,000 principal amount.

For the 9 7/8% notes, the redemption price will be 104.938 plus interest of $14.26389 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Kansas City, Mo.-based AMC Entertainment Inc. owns and operates movie theaters.
