Novae to redeem some or all of its convertibles due Dec. 15, 2008

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 7 - Novae Group plc announced it plans to redeem some or all of its £50 million outstanding convertible bonds, which are due Dec. 15, 2008.

Novae is a London-based risk-taking insurance business.
