WII Components begins change-of-control offer for 10% notes

New York, Jan. 12 - WII Components, Inc. announced a change-of-control tender offer for its 10% senior notes due 2012.

The St. Cloud, Minn.-based maker of hardwood cabinet doors, hardwood components and engineered wood products is offering 101% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the purchase date of Feb. 15.

Holders must tender by 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 12.
