Compagnie Generale de Geophysique calls $75 million 10 5/8% notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 5 - Compagnie Generale de Geophysique said it will redeem up to $75 million of its $225 million 10 5/8% senior notes on Jan. 26.

The redemption will include an early reimbursement fee corresponding to six months interest of 5.3125% of the total redemption amount.

Compagnie Generale de Geophysique is a Paris-based oilfield services company.
