Dynea calls 12¼% notes

New York, Sept. 29 - Dynea International Oy said it will redeem its 12¼% notes due 2010 on Nov. 1.

The Helsinki, Finland-based adhesives company will pay 106.125% of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To fund the redemption and refinance its existing credit facility, Dynea has obtained a new €410 million eight-year facility with a group of financial institutions led by Nordea.
