Arte Grafico receives tenders of $15,833,775 series B bonds in buyback offer

Pittsburgh, March 29 - Arte Grafico Editorial Argentino SA said it received tenders of $15,833,775 of its series B bonds due 2011 under its offer to buy back up to $14 million of the $92,371,600.51 outstanding bonds by the deadline of 5 p.m. ET on March 28.

The company will pay $900 per $1,000 principal amount of the bonds.

The Bank of New York is the depositary (212 815-3750).
