AMC Entertainment receives tenders of $1.66 million 9½% notes
New York, Feb. 14 - AMC Entertainment Inc. said holders of $1.663 million of its 9½% senior subordinated notes due 2011 tendered their notes into its change-of-control offer.
The Kansas City, Mo., movie theater operator bought the notes at 101% of par plus accrued interest.
The tender was announced on Jan. 12 and expired at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 10.
