Taiwan's Pan Jit buys back $4.2 million convertibles

New York, Oct. 27 - Pan Jit International Inc. said it bought back $4.2 million of its convertible bonds.

Following the repurchase, there are $7.35 million of the securities outstanding.

The company previously said on Oct. 18 that it bought back $4 million of the convertibles and on Oct. 11 that it bought back $4.35 million.

Pan Jit is a Koahsiung Hsien, Taiwan-based maker of semiconductors.
