Arte Grafico extends $19.5 million tender for series B bonds
Pittsburgh, Sept. 8 - Arte Grafico Editorial Argentino SA extended its offer to pay up to $19.5 million for some of its $118.37 million of series B bonds due 2011 until 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 15, according to a company news release.
The price for the bonds is $750 per $1,000 principal amount.
As of 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 7 the company did not have any tenders. The previous deadline was 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 8.
Arte Grafico will not pay accrued interest.
The Bank of New York is dealer, co-registration agent and principal payment agent and Banco Rio de la Plata SA is registration agent and payment agent.
