CHC Helicopter to redeem remaining 11¾% notes

New York, June 8 - CHC Helicopter Corp. said it will redeem its remaining €5.9 million principal amount of 11¾% senior subordinated notes due 2007 in July.

The notes remain outstanding after the company's tender offer in which it repurchased €88.313 million of the €94.25 million outstanding.

CHC Helicopter is a St. Johns, Newfoundland, provider of helicopter transportation services to the oil and gas industry.
