Internet Capital to redeem 5½% convertibles

New York, April 1 - Internet Capital Group Inc. said it will redeem the remaining $39.1 million of its 5½% convertible subordinated notes due December 2004 using part of the proceeds from a private placement of $60 million of 5% senior convertible notes due 2009.

Internet Capital is a Wayne, Pa., information technology company.
