Ameriprise Financial to redeem all 7.75% $25-par notes on June 16

Chicago, May 21 - Ameriprise Financial, Inc. said it called all of its 7.75% senior notes due June 15, 2039 for redemption on June 16.

The redemption price will be par of $25 plus accrued interest to the redemption date, according to a company press release.
