Clear Channel to redeem all 5½% notes, 4.9% notes on June 6

Madison, Wis., May 21 - Clear Channel Communications, Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding $567,113,000 5½% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2014 and $241 million 4.9% senior notes due May 15, 2015 on June 6, according to notices.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Clear Channel is a media and entertainment company based in San Antonio.
