New York City Municipal Water calls $990.3 million water, sewer bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 13 - The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority called $990,245,000 of its fiscal 2004 series B, 2004 series C and 2005 series A water and sewer system revenue bonds in full, according to multiple notices.

The authority will redeem $249,475,000 of 2004B bonds due June 15, 2015 to 2019 and 2021 to 2023.

The authority will also redeem $590.77 million of 2004C bonds due June 15, 2015 to 2025 and 2034 to 2035.

In addition, the authority will redeem $150 million of 2005A bonds due June 15, 2039.

The bonds will be redeemed at par on June 15.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
