Missouri HEFA calls $233.51 million of 2005 SSM Health Care bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 7 - The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority plans to redeem $233,505,000 of its series 2005 variable-rate facilities revenue bonds issued for SSM Health Care, according to multiple notices.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 14:

• $97.38 million of series 2005C-4 bonds due June 1, 2033;

• $60 million of series 2005C-5 bonds due June 1, 2033; and

• $76,125,000 of series 2005D-4 bonds due June 1, 2033.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
