Stratus to redeem all senior secured notes after acquisition by Siris

Norfolk, Va., April 8 - Stratus Technologies Inc. plans to redeem all of its senior secured notes following Siris Capital Group LLC's acquisition of the company, according to a market source.

The notes will be redeemed 112 plus accrued interest through the redemption date.

Stratus Technologies is a Maynard, Mass.-based provider of infrastructure-based solutions that keep applications running continuously.
