Orange redeems in full $1.22 billion 4.375% notes at 101.285

Madison, Wis., March 12 - Orange SA (previously France Telecom) redeemed on Wednesday all of its outstanding $1,215,000,000 4.375% notes due July 8, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at a price of 101.285 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The telecommunications company is based in Paris.
